Pre-orders

• Drop 01 pre-orders run from 17 October to 17 November 2026, or until sold out. Each stand is limited to 20 units.
• You pay in full when you order. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
• All Drop 01 orders are dispatched on 24 November 2026. Expected arrival: UK 26–27 Nov, Europe 27 Nov – 2 Dec, rest of the world 1–4 Dec.
• If we can't dispatch on that date we'll email you a new date before 24 November, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling and returns

• You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
• After delivery you have 14 days to tell us you want to cancel, then 14 days to send the item back. We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
• Faulty or damaged on arrival? Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.

Delivery

UK: £3.99, free on orders of £50 or more. International: Royal Mail International Tracked, priced by destination and weight at checkout. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country, payable by the recipient.

The products

Each stand is 3D-printed to order in PLA, so small layer lines and minor colour variation are normal and not a fault. Stands hold the graded card slab shown; slabs and cards are not included.
